Jim has had a home in Glenn, MI since 1997, but his real estate career of over 20 years has taken him to Palm Beach County, FL, as well as the grand, historic neighborhoods of his native Detroit.

Having worked for both large and small national brokerages, Jim's true home is found in the boutique real estate environment, where one-on-one relationships and true focus on customer first is not just the company line, but the daily practice. Jim believes that one must live, work and play in the communities that one serves, so Pure Living Michigan was an ideal place to land in order to serve the part of Michigan that Jim loves the most, SW Michigan.

In addition to multi-state real estate licenses and designations, Jim also holds a degree in the Culinary Arts and has performed private chef services along Lake Michigan shoreline for many years. He has also contributed to food articles for local news organizations and has served as the president of West Shore Aware, a local non-profit organization.
